“Being in existence since 25 years and possessing all major national accreditions and panels, we have kept our presence restricted to certain areas although earned a mark of reputation and quality within our current areas of operation. With recent influx of young management in organization, we now plan to undergo a major expansion drive. Our plan is to increase our footprint in India by entering into Mumbai and Bangalore market within the next 3 years. Parallely expanding our lab services in tier 2 and 3 cities where need for better diagnostics still prevails. Believers of “blue ocean” strategies and encouraged by our recent success where we set up their first self sufficent Lab,It will be our endeavour to continue selecting cities where there is a need for fully automated self sufficent Laboratories creating an ideal win-win situation where locals benefit from faster and reliable service and we gain market share at relatively less competitive markets. To increase our share in the Delhi market we are undergoing major branding and marketing make over which will be rolled out in the course of next 3-12 months. We plan to drastically increase our presence on the social media forum to connect with our patients. We want to become a brand which not only offers accurate test results at competitive prices but also connects with their customers on a more human level.”
